The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Do I need to be home when you clean?
    We can clean with or without you home.
  • What should I do before you get here?
    We always hear we clean before the cleaning lady comes and that is not necessary! What is very much appreciated on our end is if the toys, mail, dishes etc. are picked up so we don’t spend our time tidying when we could be cleaning. We also ask that the sink is clear of dishes so we are able to rinse our rags and mops. We are movers and shakers while cleaning so having your thermostat set to 68-72 degrees is ideal while we are cleaning.
  • Do I need to provide you with my products?
    We bring most everything we need, we use a Ricaar vacuum and all Norwex products to clean with. If we are cleaning high items a step stool is good to have on site.
  • What do you clean?
    We individualize your cleaning to your needs and can tailor it to the items and areas that are most important to you. For this reason we like to schedule an in home bid to visit about what you would like done and how often.
  • What don’t you clean?
    There isn’t much we won't clean so feel free to ask and we can discuss.
  • How do I pay you?
    Payment for cleanings are required the day of service unless other arrangements have been made. Pay through payment link on texted or emailed invoice, cash, check (made out to Keely's Cleaning Crew) or venmo @keelyscleaningcrew.
  • Why should I hire KCC versus the competition?
    We are a family. People, kids, our fur babies they all get sick or things come up, everyone at Keely’s Cleaning Crew is like family, we look out for one another and step in when life happens. Our clients become just like family to us, your pets greet us when we come to clean, we watch your kiddos grow up and graduate, we see the pictures of the grandbabies or watch the house get renovated…. we enjoy helping make your lives easier by taking one of the many stresses in life away. We are licensed, insured, bonded and run a business by the books. There are a lot of cleaners that clean under the table and don’t have insurance or are licensed. Accidents happen and the last thing you need to worry about when hiring someone to do a service is who is going to pay for the floor that got scratched or item that got broken. Keely’s Cleaning Crew has been in business almost 10 years we have seen A LOT of cleaners come and go in that time and we are here to stay and be your cleaner for years to come!
  • Licensure/Bonding – what security measures are taken?
    Keely’s Cleaning Crew background checks all employees, employees sign a confidentiality contract to ensure all personal information is secure.
  • Are we allowed to tip our cleaning technician?
    Absolutely! Tips are never expected, but ALWAYS appreciated by our employees. Cash is definitely preferred, however you can always attach it to your digital payment or check.

Billing & Policies

Payments Accepted

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations allowed 1-2 times a year with a weeks notice - with no notice or less than a week we require half payment for that cleaning.
