Job Overview: As a Commercial Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean and sanitary environment in commercial spaces such as offices, retail establishments, and industrial facilities. Your primary duties will include performing a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Sanitizing:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and office equipment.
• Handle and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures.

Surface Care:

• Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Wipe down and disinfect surfaces such as desks, tables, and countertops.
• Address stains and spills promptly to maintain a spotless appearance.

Floor Care:

• Use appropriate cleaning methods and equipment for different floor types (carpet, tile, hardwood).
• Perform floor maintenance tasks, including waxing and buffing, as needed.
• Ensure floors are free of debris and hazards.

Trash Management:

• Empty and replace trash liners in waste containers.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables according to facility guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness in outdoor areas, including parking lots and entryways.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and pressure washers.
• Report any malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor.

Inventory Management:

• Keep track of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines for handling and storing cleaning chemicals.

Communication:

• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Adherence to Health and Safety Standards:
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
• Adhere to industry regulations and best practices for commercial cleaning.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift/carry cleaning supplies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable vehicle with insurance

Residential Cleaning Specialist: NO NIGHTS NO WEEKENDS!

We are looking to add some awesome new team members, could be part time or full time depending on what you are looking for. Hours may vary but are generally Monday through Thursday 8:00am - 4:00pm. Can work school hours and be available for drop off and pick up of kiddos if need be!

This is a daytime work schedule with no nights or weekends. We have an easy dress code, low stress workplace and friendly team environment. We want someone who wants to work and will show up. Applicants must be personable and have a neat appearance. This is a fast-paced work environment and attention to detail is a must!

Position requirements: Must be 18 years or older, pass a background check, able to lift 20 lbs and move light-weight furniture, have a reliable vehicle and a smart phone. Individual must be hard working and reliable, have excellent customer service abilities, be professional and have a positive attitude.

Primary responsibilities include dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathroom showers, tubs, sinks, toilets and vanities, cleaning kitchen appliances, countertops, cabinets, sink, table and chairs, washing hard-surface floors, maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, assist in completing work orders and other related tasks.
