Post-construction cleanings are fully customizable. The items listed below are services that may be included based on your needs. Pricing is determined by the size of the space, condition, and which services are selected.

Kitchen

   •  Wipe down hard surfaces (counters, chairs, tables)

   • Dust shelves

   • Wipe fronts of refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove

   • Clean stovetop

   • Wipe inside and outside of microwave

   • Vacuum and/or dry and wet mop floors

   • Wipe fronts of cabinets, light fixtures, patio doors, baseboards, and doors

   • Vacuum inside cabinets and drawers

   • Vacuum window sills and tracks

   • Clean interior window glass

   • Clean Screens 

   • Remove stickers or residue on windows 

Bathrooms

  • Clean shower

  • Clean toilet

  • Wipe counters, mirrors, and sinks

  • Vacuum and/or dry and wet mop floors

  • Wipe fronts of cabinets, light fixtures, baseboards, and doors

Important Notes

Post-construction cleanings focus on removing dust and debris left behind from construction or remodeling. Heavy debris removal, paint correction, or repair work is not included. A walkthrough or estimate is recommended to determine the scope of work and pricing.
