Keely’s Cleaning Crew has proudly served the Bismarck, Mandan, Lincoln, and surrounding North Dakota communities for over a decade. What began in April 2014 as one woman with a mop and a mission has grown into a trusted local cleaning company known for dependable, detail-oriented service — and a people-first approach.

Keely started the business while caring for her son, who was experiencing serious health challenges and undergoing multiple surgeries. She needed a way to support her family while remaining available for him — and from that determination, Keely’s Cleaning Crew was born.

Today, our team cleans hundreds of homes and businesses each year, from residential spaces and offices to rentals, new builds, and post-construction projects. Whether you need a one-time deep clean or ongoing weekly or biweekly services, we tailor every job to your unique needs. Our crew brings everything needed for the job — including a Ricaar vacuum and Norwex cleaning products — and we always use safe, chemical-free solutions to protect your home, your family, and the environment.

Meet Keely – Founder & Heart Behind Keely’s Cleaning Crew ✨

Hi there! I’m Keely Graves, proud founder of Keely’s Cleaning Crew and someone who’s always believed that hard work, heart, and a good dose of elbow grease can make anything shine. My love for cleaning started at a young age, thanks to my grandmother, who shared her passion and passed down all the best tips and tricks.

I earned a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Studies and an associate’s degree in Sales and Service from Dickinson State University, and those experiences — combined with a lifelong entrepreneurial spirit — helped me turn my passion into a thriving small business dedicated to creating cleaner, healthier spaces for others.

I’m proud to have been one of just 25 small business owners chosen for the inaugural North Dakota Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program. That opportunity even took me to Washington, D.C., where I was honored to serve on an advisory panel representing small businesses in rural America. I’m also a member of Cleaning Business Fundamentals, ISSA (the global cleaning industry’s leading association), and BMHBA, all of which continue to fuel my professional growth. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my story on the True Grime Stories podcast and being featured in Bio Bisman Magazine.

Community involvement is a big part of who I am. I’m an active member of the New Salem Saddle Club and West River Teamsters, a dedicated 4-H leader, and I’ve served on the Mandan Rodeo Days Committee and the Miss Rodeo North Dakota Board. I was also proud to serve as chair of the Mandan Rodeo Queen and Princess Pageant for several years — a role that combined my love for community, mentorship, and tradition.

At home, life is wonderfully full. I’m married to my husband Russell, mom to McCoy, stepmom to Patsy, Norris, and Anthony, and proud grandmother to Layni. Our family embraces the country lifestyle, spending time on the ranch surrounded by horses, dogs, cats, donkeys, and goats. We love being on the rodeo road and driving our team of draft horses — it’s a lifestyle that keeps us grounded, connected, and always on the move.
